Foundation
Miles Africa is a Norwegian-founded Global IT company registered in South Africa in 2017 by a handful of Business Savvy Technologists who partnered to create a company based on strong Technical expertise coupled with strong Ethical and Moral values. On January 1st, 2020, Miles Africa became a fully independent Level 1 B-BBEE South African Company with the aim of bringing in the best in breed Global IT technology to the African Continent.

Miles Africa is known for its robust value chain ranging from procurement to delivery of top-level IT solutions through either in-house bespoke development, outsourced expertise, or partnerships with best-in-breed Consultancy and Technology houses. Our engagement model is based on our strong ethics, values and business principles which help build a productive working environment with our customers. This approach is characterized by Trust, Transparency, Agility, and Continuous improvement. We have built our business from the ground up based on strong values and morals with a promise to our clients that We Care! As a result, Miles Africa has never lost a customer since its inception, keeping true to its Founding values of Professional Authority and Personal Warmth.
Engagement Model
Miles has extensive experience in business-driven and agile work processes. Whenever suitable, we choose our own agile framework - Miles Engagement Model (MEMO), as the basis for collaboration with our customers. MEMO is a phased and iterative approach to project deliveries, built on our own experience, taking in the best of our learning from both our successes and our failures, harnessed with the Miles value, culture and DNA.
